Did someone say Grammy?!
I was privileged and honoured to perform alongside Grammy-winning Jazz harmonica player Gregoire Maret with 2 of my HGC beauties and some impeccable musicians. Not only that but I got to perform at the 50th Montreux Jazz Festival in Geneva and The North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam, alongside stars such as Gregory Porter and Jill Scott!
We were on backing vocal duties led by the fantastic Stephanie Fisher who also vocal arranged and wrote some of the songs. But I got a turn up front, singing lead on the amazing 'Beautiful Memories.'
Gregoire was so welcoming as were his amazing band and the entire experience was like a dream come true; one I'll always treasure. To not only be at these famous festivals but also perform was such a blessing.
